Who is eligible?
You may be suitable if you are an adult (18–75) with a BMI of 30 or more, or 27 or more with a weight‑related condition (e.g., hypertension, high cholesterol, cardiovascular disease, pre‑diabetes, sleep apnoea). A clinician will confirm suitability at your face‑to‑face consultation.
Pre‑appointment screening (online)
After you book, we’ll send you a secure digital questionnaire by email/SMS. Please complete this before your appointment. It covers medical history, current medicines, allergies, weight‑related conditions, and key safety questions. Submitting it in advance lets our clinicians pre‑screen your entitlement and suitability and prepare the best plan for you. Your information is handled confidentially in line with our Privacy Policy and is only reviewed by our clinical team.

How the service works
Pre‑appointment form (online)

Initial consultation (in‑pharmacy)
We discuss goals, medical history, and current medicines, and take measurements to calculate BMI. If appropriate, we agree a starting medicine and dose.
Teaching & first supply
We show you exactly how to use the pre‑filled pen, where to inject, needle safety and disposal. You’ll receive printed instructions and a sharps bin.
4‑week review
Check‑in to monitor progress and side‑effects, and adjust the dose if needed.
